As the oldest continuously run educational institution, The Research School International remains committed to providing an academically rigorous education to students who will walk out of school ready for lives of leadership and service to their community. From literacy to learning and art, each day at the Research School is filled with activities that are both enriching and fun.
We strive to be committed to the students we are privileged to serve, in our alumni association, our dedicated, talented faculty and staff. We also take pride in having the most active and helpful group of partners, visionary parents, well-wishers, alumni and friends.

Research School Burewala prides itself on the quality of its educational programmes, the professionalism of its staff, the enthusiasm of its students and the high level of support provided by parents and community members. We are an open school and we actively seek participation and involvement from the whole school community.
We are one of the Top Ten Schools that serve the rural area and are continually growing in size. We currently have classes from Playgroup to Class-V. Our priority enrolment area is Burewala City as stated in our Managed Enrolment Policy.
Before its commencement, the Research School Burewala undertook a comprehensive community survey seeking to clarify the effectiveness of our service delivery and identify any changes that needed to be made. This was undertaken within the parameters of Curriculum, Teaching and Learning Environment and Ethos Partnerships and Services.
We also undertook a School Perception Survey to seek feedback from our community on what is working well and what needs to be addressed so that we can continue to ensure that we are delivering not just a good education but an education for good.

Research School’s comprehensive School Counseling Program provides each student with a personalized learning process that ensures they will find the ‘best fit learning method’ for their academic and personal goals. The program emphasizes interview skills, test preparation and Admissions sessions, resulting in Research School’s students attaining a high level of learning.

How can parents get involved?
We ask that parent support pupils by reading at home and practicing times tables and number facts.
We also ask that you familiarise yourself with your son or daughters class diary where you can find all the information out about the teaching assistant.
What should I do if I am worried about my child's progress?
If you have any concerns about your child’s progress we ask that you arrange an appointment to talk to Head Teacher or your child’s class teacher.
What if my child can't speak English?
At Research School Burewala we welcome all children regardless of their background. We have several children who have joined our school unable to speak English. We have several English Spoken Techniques to polish student’s language skills.
Can my child walk to school alone?
No, children must be accompanied by an adult. If you wish an older child (usually Year 5 or 6) to walk to school alone we must receive a written application requesting permission. If the permission is not obtained, school will not be responsible for any kind of unpleasant situation.
How can I find out more about what my child is learning in school?
Research School Burewala frequently update the parents about the progress of their kids. We also update Research School Burewala Facebook Page with the school activities and process of learning.
How do Research School communicate with Parents?
Research School Burewala generally communicate with parents by sending notes home with the child. These notes can be written in the child’s homework diary or printed on a separate sheet. You should check your child’s school bag each day for notes.
